Ordering
& Sales Tax
We always try our best to make your shopping experience as quick and
easy as possible. Just make sure your order meets the $20.00 minimum purchase
requirement (excluding sales tax and shipping charges), submit your billing
and shipping information, sit back and leave the rest to us.
 Payment
Methods:
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Once your billing information is
authorized, your credit card account will be billed at the time of shipment.

If you are interested in placing a large quantity order through the Radian

for available volume discounts and additional payment options.
Sales
Tax :
Currently, we do not charge sales tax on shipments outside the state of California. For orders delivered within California, an 8.25% sales tax charge will be applied. As tax laws continue to change, please check this
section periodically before placing your orders for the most current
sales tax policies.

Shipping Information
We make every effort to process your order when it is received by our order
department. All orders are processed and prepared to ship within 2-3 business
days. Actual transit time will vary based on your selected ship method.

RadianStore.com now accepts online orders shipped to most international
countries. If you have specific shipping questions or requests,

Return Policy
Terms and Conditions:
Products purchased through the Radian Store are covered by a 14-day return period, unless otherwise noted. All returns covered under our 14-day return period are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Radian Heatsinks must accompany all returns.
- An RMA request must be submitted within 14 days from the date the merchandise was shipped.
- A 20% re-stocking fee is applied to all returns.
- All items eligible for return must be unopened, in the original packaging.
- Pre-packaged items ordered in packs of five must be returned in their full package quantity.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Radian will credit the same payment method that was used to place the original order.
- All return requests should be submitted through our Online
RMA Request Form.
